Another quote to keep me going this week.
All this quoting seems to be helping…..
In the end, it’s not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.

I don’t know how I’d have got through my life without quotes to inspire….thanks for posting some of your favourites. Here is one of mine:
“To laugh often and love much, to win the respect of intelligent persons and
the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give one’s self; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived – this is to have succeeded.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson(1803-1882) American essayist and poet

I really like your quotes each week. We all need the positive in our lives and sometimes we need a reminder to stop and appreciate all that is around us instead of being cynical and jaded. It’s easier and takes less energy to be positive than negative.

That is a really crucial point, Cathy. It DOES use up so much energy to be negative. It’s exhausting, really. Much easier to turn that frown upside down
